Conaprole instant skim milk powder is made from fresh, skimmed, pasteurised and evaporated milk, which undergoes thermal treatment to obtain low, medium or high heat milk. It is then dried through a spray drying system, agglomerated, and finally packaged according to presentation. During drying, soy lecithin is added by aspersion.
