Conaprole 28% F instant whole milk powder is made from fresh, standardised, pasteurised and evaporated milk, which undergoes thermal treatment to obtain low, medium or high heat milk. It is then dried through a spray drying system, agglomerated, and finally packaged with nitrogen and carbon dioxide injection. During drying, soy lecithin is added by aspersion.
