Conaprole partially demineralized cheese whey powder (D90) is made from skimmed cheese whey, which undergoes nanofiltration, electrodyalisis, and ion exchange. It is then concentrated through a vacuum evaporation system, dried through a spray drying system and finally packaged according to presentation.

Product Characteristics

• Appearance: Fine, uniform powder; free of agglomerates that are not disintegrated with slight pressure. Yellowish white coloured; free from dark particles and foreign matter.
• Flavour and odour: Sweet, clean, free of strange flavours.
